There are problems with concentration related to deep hidden fears that you used not to notice for years. "Core Transformation" by Connirae Andreas is a great tool to fix that and a lot of other mental blocks. 3. There is some noticable effect from taking nootropics like Piracetam. Expecially the first time if you never did…

I spent about 12 years in a search for a really good psychotherapy. Honestly, most of the widespread psychotherapy is crap. I have found the really good one recently. "Core Transformation" by Andreas. There is the book. Also there are seminars - see coretransformation.org

Interesting to see Core Transformation in a posting about programming. I highly recommend CT as a low-cost self-coaching / self-therapy methodology. And if you can find a partner, so much the better. Highly recommended to untwist mental knots…

Heck, I openly maintain that most people could solve most of their problems by reading (and applying) the "Core Transformation Process" book. Do you mind if I ask what your own personal experiences are that have led you to form your opinion? > And not to doubt your personal story Thank you! :-) > but actual clinical depression…

Effective self-therapy methods include Core Transformation, Focusing, and "self-therapy". Keywords to search for are: "somatic therapy," "body work," "energy work" or "energy medicine."

Good psychotherapy can heal him. I suggest "Changing Personal History" or more powerful (but harder to learn) "Core Transformation" from NLP. P.S. There is a huge amount of inefficient and even dangerous psychotherapy schools, and there is quite a lot of inefficient stuff in "NLP", that's why I recommend exactly the above techniques.

Generally, these have rather "New Age" titles: some popular ones include Core Transformation, The Work, the Sedona Method, the Wholeness Process. Tech and computer people are often rather skeptical of such things, but I would recommend giving one or more of them a try. If you don't like mystical…
