After the Dementors’ attack on his cousin Dudley, Harry knows he is about to become Voldemort’s next target. Although many are denying the Dark Lord’s return, Harry is not alone, and a secret order is gathering at Grimmauld Place to fight against the Dark forces. Meanwhile, Voldemort’s savage assaults on Harry’s mind are growing stronger every day. He must allow Professor Snape to teach him to protect himself before he runs out of time. (source)

…is profound. Everytime I have reread one of the books in the series, I discovered something new. One particular scene made such a strong impression on me about being calm in difficult situations. In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, when Harry is flinging Dumbledore's precious instruments around, Dumbledore remains monk-like still.

Read "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" and pay attention to how Delores Umbridge defines a set of ideas that must not be questioned. Her role of Inquisitor is similar to the role of a modern Diversity Council.

on “Ask HN: What's one book that changed your life?” ↗The book is 760 pages. That’s slightly less than Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. It is a standalone book, too, so no need to read a series of books to prepare (each of those could be 100s of pages as well!). In terms of plot-per-page, Pynchon is extremely efficient, if what you want…

There are users who set their avatar to "Baby Yoda", or posted 3 paragraphs they transcribed from their print edition of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, or just copied photos from their classmate's phone camera app without asking. If you look through Flickr you will find many photos and collections with fake licenses. All those sites you Google that…
on “Reddit Sues Anthropic, Alleges Unauthorized Use of Site's Data” ↗Something similar happened to me: a few years ago, I downloaded "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix", and almost read the whole thing before I realized it was fake (the fake book said that Dudley died, and I remembered reading somewhere that it was another character who was killed off). on “Fake 'Harry Potter' Books Written In China” ↗…out. On the one hand, great application of technology. On the other hand, the folks using them have zero interest in reading the books. So, when the library happens to have a nearly brand new copy of "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix: Illustrated Edition" there's almost no chance that someone in the community who wants to read the book will get it. Instead it gets snapped up by the resellers who make a couple of bucks off sending…
