I'll add this to my reading list. Send like it's a good compliment to "This Is Your Brain on Food" by Uma Naidoo and "Brain Energy" by Christopher Palmer. Both very insightful and well researched.
on “In SSRI withdrawal, brain zaps go from overlooked symptom to center stage (2023)” ↗Probably this one: https://brainenergy.com/ I've read it, it's quite good and full of citations. I've seen a number of studies since it came out that support it as well. If you like that, also check out "This is Your Brain on Food" which overlaps with much of the content there, but with a bit more of a focus on the gut brain connection.
on “New nanotherapy clears amyloid-β, reversing symptoms of Alzheimer's in mice” ↗There is an interesting book on the related topic - "This Is Your Brain on Food"[0]. If you like to try changes in the diet then there are a lot of suggestions in the book. But you might find the book to be quite verbose and repetitive.
